What kind of wax does Paddywax use in their candles?
We use a high-quality soy wax blend in all of our candles. This ensures a clean, long-lasting burn and an excellent scent throw that fills your home with fragrance.
How can I repurpose my candle vessel once the wax is gone?
Our vessels are designed with intentionality! Once the candle has finished burning, simply remove the remaining wax and wick tab. Our jars are perfect for use as planters, pencil holders, or catch-alls for small items.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your scent! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unlit items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are Paddywax products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our candles are vegan-friendly and we never test our products on animals. We take pride in sourcing ethical materials for all of our home fragrance collections.
How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To prevent tunneling, ensure that the first time you light your candle, you let it burn long enough for the wax pool to reach the edges of the vessel. This usually takes 2-3 hours depending on the size.
